Delivery Policy
We ship on Monday and Friday.
It takes approximately 3-5 working days to ship your items once you have completed payment.
Once dispatched, delivery times are subjected to the couriers unless otherwise advised.
Shipping Within Peninsular Malaysia
For purchases less than RM300, shipping fees will be charged a flat rate of:
RM10 for parcels below 3kg
RM20 for parcels between 3-5kg
RM30 for parcels between 5-10kg
RM40 for parcels above 10kg
We offer FREE SHIPPING (capped at RM10) within Malaysia for purchases above RM300 (effective for orders after 1st January 2024).

Self Pick-Ups / Rider
We encourage (contactless) self pick-ups or arranging rider for bulky items if you are able to travel to 41200 Klang or live around the area.

Worldwide Shipping
We are more than happy to ship to those who stays outside of Malaysia!

Note:
- Most of our parcels are packed by reusing recycled packaging materials to reduce our carbon footprint on the earth, even if it is plastic of bubble wraps. Please take note that they have been used before or were gifted. It would be a shame to just throw them away and create more trash. Your parcel may not look aesthetic, but it will be secure. Please leave a remark if you’d like an aesthetic packaging for gifting, we do have those materials available as once our reusable packaging finishes we will use them ( brown paper/hive packaging/cardboard boxes).
- Some of our parcels are packed by people with special needs or even eager kids, so do expect some random notes sometimes. We’d like to think that is a one-of-a-kind package that our store offers.
- Natural wooden toys may have knots and splits, these are not counted as a defect as it shows the life and uniqueness of the tree that lived on.
Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first. We can work something out.
Cancellation
Please write to [email protected] within 6 hours of your order for cancellations. Refunds can be accommodated for successful cancellations (less the transaction fees charged by our payment solution partners). Once items have been shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellations.
Returns
Prior to opening the product(s), if you wish to return or exchange the product(s), you may do so within 7 calendar days from the invoice date and we will be happy to offer you a full credit refund. Please contact us prior to returning. Products returned without our acknowledgment will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sales items are final and not valid for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping
The shipping cost for all returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer. Please ensure the product(s) are packed appropriately and shipped with a tracking number as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s).
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you in terms of store credit (minus any fees charged by our payment partners).
